    PHD started life as the challenger agency and today, we continue to challenge what it’s possible for a media agency to achieve.

    Across three decades, PHD has grown into a global leader and although on the outside we’re big, on the inside we still feel small.

    Our culture of thought-leadership, creativity, and innovation is the reason why the UK office was named Media Agency of the Year and EMEA was crowned Media Network of the Year at the Campaign Awards in 2020. PHD have also appeared in the Top 20 most awarded media agency offices in the world for SEVEN consecutive years. (WARC Media 100).

    OUR PEOPLE

    PHD is a CPD Gold accredited agency because we see our people as our biggest asset. We spend a lot of hours ensuring our people not only enjoy their jobs but get the chance to evolve their careers through constant learning and development.

    We are the Marketing Academy’s official media partner and through this partnership, we can offer additional external training and development through their virtual campus while giving at least one PHDer the chance to join their scholarship programme each year.

    In the last 12 months we have reduced our Gender Pay Gap to 0%, and 40% of our entry level hires in 2021 was talent from underrepresented backgrounds (up from 24% in 2020 and 23% in 2019).
