    MG OMD was established in 1990 as a challenger media agency (Manning Gottlieb Media), helping our clients to use media to unlock their competitive advantage and deliver innovative, effective and award-winning work and campaigns that create difference that matters. MG OMD is the second-largest media agency in the UK and recently won Global and Media Agency of the Year. In addition, we are the most awarded media agency in both the history of the IPA Effectiveness Awards and Thinkbox’s TV Planning Awards and are currently Media Week’s Agency Partner of the Year for the third consecutive year and is Campaign’s Global Agency of the Year, Media.

    PHD is an IPA CPD Platinum accredited agency because we see our people as our biggest asset. We spend a lot of time ensuring our people not only enjoy their jobs but also get the chance to evolve their careers through constant learning and development.

    We are also the sole media partner of the Marketing Academy and through this partnership, we can offer additional external training and development through their virtual campus while giving at least one PHDer the chance to join their scholarship programme each year.
